This website presents Velours Agency, a content agency working with independent adult models, and allows visitors to submit an application to join its roster. The website itself does not sell any product or service and does not host any adult content.
Applications are open exclusively to persons aged 18 or older. Age is declared at application and verified with a government-issued ID before any collaboration. Any application made by or on behalf of a minor will be rejected and deleted.
Submitting an application does not create any obligation for Velours Agency to respond favourably, nor any contractual relationship. Any collaboration is subject to a separate written agreement signed by both parties, which alone defines its scope, content and remuneration.
You agree to provide accurate information in the application form, in particular your age. Submitting false information may lead to the rejection of your application and the deletion of your data.
You agree not to misuse this website, including by submitting automated, bulk or fraudulent applications, attempting to disrupt its operation, or attempting to access data that is not yours.

The application form collects only: first name, age, Telegram username and country. No account is created and no other personal data is collected through this website.
This data is processed for a single purpose: reviewing your application and contacting you on Telegram if it is selected. The legal basis is your consent and the taking of steps prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(b) GDPR). You can withdraw your application at any time.
Application data is stored with Supabase on servers located in the European Union (AWS eu-west-3, Paris, France). It is protected by access controls: the public website can only submit applications, never read them; only the agency team can access submitted data.
Applications are kept for a maximum of 12 months from submission, then deleted. If a collaboration begins, the data needed for the contract is kept for the duration required by contractual and legal obligations.
Your data is accessible only to the Velours Agency team. It is never sold, rented or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase and port your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to withdraw your consent at any time.
